Educational Evaluations
An academic evaluation comprises standardized tests assessing an individual's educational proficiency. This assessment, which involves an achievement test, aims to identify any academic gaps in various subject areas and typically lasts around 2 hours.
Neurodevelopmental Evaluation
The School Psychologists conducts neurodevelopmental assessments, also referred to as neurodevelopmental evaluations or comprehensive learning assessments. A comprehensive learning assessment by The School Psychologists identifies a student's strengths and weaknesses, outlines the reasons behind academic challenges in specific areas, and, if necessary, facilitates the diagnosis of disorders. Our comprehensive learning assessments are thorough, involving multiple tests conducted over several sessions.
FBAs
We leverage assessments, interviews, observations, and data collection in order to guide a comprehensive assessment of the student's behavior. While school psychologists are a part of the team, we can be as involved as your team requires within this process. Our team can support with training, guiding data collection methods, and even the data collection itself to ensure comprehensive and compliant FBAs.
